See the customer's last email dated 10/07/11 below. 10/05/2011 Sirs: In March of 2010 i purchased numerous window blinds for our home from a company called Budget Blinds located in Coeur d Alene Idaho. {Their} sales number is 26446996. We were told at the time of purchase that {their} company would be making the blinds and that {they} had a lifetime warranty on the blinds. Unfortunately the company has gone out of business, and kinda left us in a bad spot. One of the blinds we purchased a string has broken and will not operate propertly. We have tried to find someone to fix this blind, but have been unsuccessful. We have tried to contact some one from Budget Blinds but it appears that thye have disappeared from our area??.
