Simply Shutters, Inc. We ordered our Norman Shutters from these people for about a year with no problem, then one summer we ordered a set (home full) of shutters that did not come in on time. We called and found that Norman would not release the order because Simply Shutters was not paying the bills. The owner and wife went on vacation to Hawaii the month before this.
